We currently utilise TeamViewer Quick Support app for remote assistance requests. If you have TeamViewer already installed and running on your computer you will need to quit the application and start the Quick Support app to allow us to join your session.
* Please note: The Contract Support app is for clients with Monthly Maintenance Agreements in place.
Remote Assist Fees
- Minimum service fee of 30 minutes.
- For remote sessions that take more than 30 minutes, additional time is charged in 15 minute blocks.
- In certain situations, such as if a restart is required or software is being updated etc, then additional non-simultaneous connections may be necessary. In such situtaions only the time connected to the remote client is charged for.
* Please note that our remote assistance fee differs slightly from our normal hourly rates.
