WE STAND BEHIND ALL OUR WORK
We have a four hour maximum charge limit which applies to repairs of a single workstation PC, laptop or smart device.
It does not apply to servers, networks, installations or work previously quoted for. This maximum charge applies only to labour for a single job and does not include the provision of hardware or software. It does not include any related travel time.
Should we need return to your site to repeat work already charged for, there will be no charge for the additional work.

Remote Assistance
- Minimum service fee of 30 minutes
- For remote sessions that take more than 30 minutes, additional time is charged in 15 minute blocks.
- In certain situations, such as if a restart is required or software is being updated etc, then additional non-simultaneous connections may be necessary. In such situations only the time connected to the remote client is charged for.
- Please note, any invoiced work that remains unpaid for more than 30 days after its due date will incur a late payment fee of $25 +gst per/month or 2% of the total remaining outstanding amount whichever is greater.
- Outstanding accounts older than 30 days may also result in service disruption.

Onsite Callout / Consultation Fee
- Cost is based upon Auckland wide site visit
- Due to uncontrolled peakhour traffic conditions additional cost may be necessary where travel time exceeds 60 minutes.
- Business clients attract travel costs at a rate of 73c per k/m.
- Travel time/costs are measured on a roundtrip basis.

Residential Support
- Minimum service fee of 30 minutes, then per 15 minute blocks.
- For onsite services rate is charged from time of arrival to time of departure.
- Similarly, work done in our workshop is charged per quarter hour after the first initial 30 minutes.

Commercial Support

Maintenance Contracts
- Starting from $250 per month.
- Contracts are agreed case by case, and will include at least one site visit and or remote session a month to carry out maintenance.
- Gauranteed onsite SLA's will be discussed based on requirements.
